The king-bolt of the phaeton in which was seated  Mr. and Mrs. C. E. Karmire  and child, came out as they were crossing the gutter at the intersection of Broadway and Harrison street yesterday evening, letting the front part of the phaeton down to the ground and throwing them out, fortunately without hurting them beyond a few slight bruises.  The horse did not run and stood perfectly quiet until all were up on their feet.
