DIVORCE WAS GRANTED

Bessie Faye Kingsley
was granted a decree of divorce from Joseph
Kingsley by Judge Harry C. Morrison in the Shelby Circuit Court today.
Her
name was ordered restored to Bessie Faye Byland by the court and she is
prohibited from re-marrying for a period of two years.

Sunday evening, in
company with Miss Maude Kinsley, Edwin Cooper, son
of 'Squire Cooper, was returning from Franklin, where they had
spent the day with friends and when near the Tucker ford,
over Blue River, a man sprang from the side of the road and attempted to catch
the horse, driven by young Cooper, by the bridle, evidently bent on robbery, but
