The three youths were taken in charge by Warren Allender, of Morristown, federal prohibition officer, who was returning to his home Sunday night. Several empty bottles and one with a small amount of liquor in it were found in the cars. Larrison was owner of one car. Larrison, White, and Mohr were placed in custody of the Morristown marshal and later turned over to the Shelby county deputy sheriff. The charges of intoxication were filed against Larrison and White in the city court Monday evening by the federal agent.
