         Shelbyville--- An agreement has been reached in the objections of  Frank Liggett  and  Mrs. Bertha Liggett Barnes  to the probate of the will of their late father,  George A. Liggett,  and after the petition of objections had been withdrawn the will was accepted for probate in the Shelby Circuit court.  The will directed that the estate should be divided in equal shares among the son and daughter and  Mrs. Alva Willard, at whose home the late Mr. Liggett died.
