Alleges Her Husband Has Been Cruel
In His Treatment To Her
And Made Her Make Her Own Living
-------
Amy Litteral, through her attorneys Hord & Adams, has filed a suit for divorce from her husband, Elmer A. Litteral. They were married July 28, 1906, and separated in April 1907.  The complaint alleges that defendant abandoned her on the 13th day of April, 1907, and that he had during their married life, failed, neglected and refused to support her.  He was cruel and inhuman in his treatment; he cursed her and was very abusive, and he compelled her to leave him and seek the necessaries of life from her parents.  She also alleges he compelled her to make her own livelihood.  They were married in Rushville, where they resided before coming to this city.
