SANITARY FAIR. --- A Sanitary Fair under the supervision
of Maj. Erie Locke, for the benefit of our sick and wounded soldiers, will be held at the same time and
and place as the State Fair, Commencing October the 3d. The work is a laudable one and no doubt will be a
great success. Preparations on a grand scale are already completed. Let it be well patronized.
