Mrs. Gladys McGee
has been granted a divorce from John McGee in
the Shelby Circuit Court. Her former name of Gladys Garrison was ordered
restored by the court. She was allowed attorney’s fees in the sum of $25.

The unknown owner or owners will take notice that there is due Chas. McGee, Contractor, for grading and graveling Pennsylvania Street and sidewalks, from Harrison street to Walnut street, in the City of Shelbyville, Shelby County, Ind., thirty-four dollars and sixty-five cents (34,65), being the amount assessed against the following Real Estate, to wit: On Lots 1 and 4, Block 2, on Pennsulvania street, the same belonging to said unknonw owner or owners.
And that the said Real Estate will be advertized for sale assessment and costs if not paid within twenty days from the date hereof.
