Charles  R.  Molder  Given  Commission
----------
          Former  Aviation Cadet Charles R. Molder, of 328 east Pennsylvania St., was recently graduated from the Army Air Forces Pilot School at Moody Field, Ga., and commissioned a second lieutenant with the rating of army pilot.
          The new flying officer will pilot all types of multi-engine aircraft.
