BIG PURCHASE OF TIMBER.

Morner & Stine, local lumber dealers, have purchased of Henry Morrison, of Marion township, 30 acres of fine timber. The timber will be hauled to the Morner & Stine mill where it will be cut into lumber.

Orval D. Sampson
of Morristown and Miss Hazel Morrison of Marion Township were married Wednesday evening by the Rev. Rastus Conner at the minister's home in Irvington. The bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Henry E. Morrison, live near this city. Attendants at the wedding were Miss Zella Morrison, Miss Blanche Ferris, Russell Morrison and James Mahan.

THEATER PARTY.

The Misses
Louise Morrison and Florence Corya were hostesses
last evening at a delightful theater party at the Alhambra, complimentary
to Miss Zerua Bowers, a member of the graduating class of the
local high school this year. Her home is in Olney Springs, Colo., and she
will leave for there in a short time. Following the hours at the movies
the guests were served delicious refreshments. Those in the party were
the Misses Frances Bass, Rosamond Drake, Ruth Walker,
Lucile Cage, Ruth Montgomery, Edith Wray, Myrtle Armstonrg,
Florence Morrison, Josephine Morrison, Mildred Nading
and Mary Hilligoss.
