HUSBAND  FILED  DIVORCE  SUIT
----------
Frank Phillips, 346 West Washington street, has filed a complaint for a divorce against  Hazel Phillips, in the Shelby Circuit Court. Cheney & Tolen are attorneys for the plaintiff.
The couple was married July 22, 1922, and separated April 1, 1924. They have a daughter one year old. The husband alleges that his wife called him names, told him that she did not care for him and that she had been a fool to marry him. He says that on May 1, 1923, his wife went to the home of her parents and remained there for six months. Mr. Phillips asserts that his wife taught their child not to care for him, and that she had told him that she was tired of cooking for any one she did not love.
