Couple Married In May Have Separated
And Wife Asks For a Divorce
----------
Mrs. Mildred Poole, residing at 36 ½ east Broadway, asks judgment of a divorce and the return of her former name, in a complaint filed today in the Shelby circuit court against  Elbert (Pete) Poole, clerk in a downtown store.  The complaint was filed for Mrs. Poole by  Emerson Brunner, her attorney in the action.
The marriage of Mr. and Mrs. Poole took place May 29, this year, shortly after Mr. Poole had obtained a divorce from his first wife in the Shelby circuit court. The complaint sets out that the couple separated Tuesday of this week. Mrs. Poole asks the return of her former name  Mildred Anthony.
Mrs. Poole alleges that her husband abused her, criticizing her method of housekeeping and was out late at night.  She charges that his first wife lived with them for several days although the plaintiff protested.  She alleges that Mr. Poole said he did not care for her and that he frequently professed his love for his first wife.
