DIVORCE GRANTED
----------
Mary M. Rhodes
has been granted a divorce from Paul Rhodes in
the Shelby Circuit court on her complaint that was filed recently. She was also
granted the custody of their child and the defendant is under orders to pay the
sum of $25 to the plaintiff with the next ninety days and the sum of $3 a week
thereafter for support of the children.

Mrs. E. H. Rhoades, of this city, who has been seriously ill for the past several months, left for Indianapolis, this morning, where she will enter a hospital to undergo treatment.

John Eugene Voll and Miss Merrill Rhodes have issued invitations for a dance which they will give on Friday night of this week at the Odd Fellows' Hall, in West Broadway. the dance will start at nine o'clock and the subscription will be one dollar.

Near the residence of J. A. Tindall on West Washington st., last evening, John L. Roads, of Union township, and George Harris, of this city, each driving in opposite directions, collided, resulting in both vehicles being very badly damaged. Neither party was injured.
