NOTICE is hereby given that by virtue of an order of the Shelby County Common Pleas Court, the undersigned, Commissioner appointed to make sale of the following tract of land as the estate of Joseph K. Righter, deceased to-wit: Commencing at the South-east corner of section twelve (12), Township fourteen (14), Range seven 7, in Shelby county, Indiana, and running thence North one hundred and sixty rods; then West sixteen rods; then South one hundred and sixty rods; thence East sixteen rods, to the place of beginning. Will receive bids for the said land until the 24th day of September, 1864, at which time, if not sooner disposed of the same will be sold on the premises at public auction. TERMS -- One third cash, one third in three and one third in six months from the date of sale, with notes at interest, waiving valuation and appraisement laws.
