The parties to the suit have been separated for about four years. The defendant and three children have been residing here with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Simon Roberts, while the plaintiff has resided in Indianapolis.
There was no contention as to the divorce, but Grandpa Roberts has become greatly attached to the children and Attorney Wilson was employed in the case to secure an order of the court to place the care and custody of the children in the hands of the old gentleman and this the court did to the delight of the grandfather.
