Rohm
The Shelbyville RepublicanHowell Rohm suffered a dislocated shoulder and minor cuts and bruises yesterday when the car he was testing out on the track at the fairgrounds crashed through the fence. Rohm was driving the car around the track seeing that the machine was in shape for the races today when the accelerator stuck while wide open. The driver reached down to raise the control and the car headed for the fence while travelling at a high rate of speed. The injured man was taken to the office of Dr. Bass where he was cared for and later returned to the track in the C. F. Fix and Son ambulance. Rohm expects to enter the races today.
