NOTICE OF EXECUTOR'S SALE OF
REAL ESTATE.

Notice is hereby given that the undersigned, as Executor of the last will and testament of James W. Rosencrans, deceased, and by virture of the power vested in him as such Executor by said will, will sell, at private sale to the highest bidder, on the 15th day of October, 1902, the following real estate, in Shelby county, in the State of Indiana, to-wit:
All that part of the east half of the southeast quarter of section 16, in township 11 north, and range 7 east, that lies on the south side of Flatrock river, down to low water mark, containing two (2) acres, more or less.
Also, beginning at the southeast corner of the west half of the northeast quarter of section 21, in township 11 north, and range 7 east; and running thence north 45 chains and 50 links to the south bank of Flatrock river at high water mark; thence down said river with the meanderings of the south bank thereof at high water mark to a point 8 chains and 50 links west and eight (8) chains north of the northeast corner of said half quarter section; thence south 49 chains to the south line of said half quarter section; and thence east 8 chains and 50 links, to the place of beginning, containing 40 acres, more or less.
Also, that part of the east half of the northeast quarter of section 21, in township 11 north, and range 7 east, which lies south of Flatrock river, containing 55 acres, more or less.
Also, all that part of the west half of the northwest quarter of section 22, in township 11 north, and range 7 east, that lies south of Flatrock river, except a strip of one and 3-10 acres out of the northeast corner of said tract heretofore conveyed by James W. Rosencrans to Michael E. Charles by deed recorded in Deed Record "No. 59" on page 500 in the office of the Recorder of Shelby county, Indiana, containing in this last tract 45 acres, more or less.
TERMS: -- The said lands will be sold for cash on day of sale.
Bids will be received for siad lands at the residence of said Executor at Hope, Indiana, and at the law office of E. H. Chadwick, Shelbyville, Indiana, from this date until the 15th of October, 1902, and thereafter until said lands are sold.
The said Executor will receive bids for said lands at the law office of said Chadwick only on the 15th day of October, 1902.
