LOCAL  NEWS.

          A coal oil lamp fell and broke, the oil spilling on the stove and taking fire, in  Scott Rudisil's  barber shop, on East Washington street, yesterday evening, causing him to hustle out his fixtures in a hurry.  The blaze was extinguished without loss.
