Notice  to  Non-Residents.
State of Indiana, Shelby County, ss:
          In the Shelby Circuit Court, December Term, 1908.           Effie T. Shank,  George Shank  and  James Clark  vs.  Thomas Lewis,  Elsie Lewis,  Lottie Lewis,  Mary Lewis,  Lucinda Grinstead,  Longstreet Harvey,  Jasper Harvey,  Henry Harvey,  Ellen Harvey,  Jacob Lewis,  Oren Clark,  Horace Clark,  Brad Clark,  Benjamin Clark,  Talitha Nice,  Almira Otis,  Edward Cutsinger,  Guy Oakes,  Edward Oakes,  David Oakes,  Claude Oakes,  Dehlmer Oakes,  Eda Pitcher,  and  Dorothy Awlton.  Complaint for partition and sale of real estate.  No. 8997.
          Now come the plaintiffs by  John Rynerson  and  Miller & Barnett,  attorneys, and file their complaint herein, together with an affidavit that  Thomas Lewis,  Elsie Lewis,  Lottie Lewis,  Mary Lewis,  Lucinda Grinstead,  Longstreet Harvey,  Jasper Harvey,  Henry Harvey,  Ellen Harvey,  Jacob Lewis,  Oren Clark,  Horace Clark,  Brad Clark,  Benjamin Clark,  Talitha Nice,  Almira Otis,  Edward Cutsinger,  Guy Oakes,  Edward Oakes,  David Oakes,  Claude Oakes,  Dehlmer Oakes,  Eda Pitcher,  and  Dorothy Awlton  are not residents of the state of Indiana; that upon diligent inquiry made their residence is unknown, and that the object of the above entiled[sic] action is to obtain partition and sale of real estate.  Described as follows:  The east half (1/2) of the southeast quarter of section thirty-one (31), township eleven (11), range six (6) east, containing eighty (80) acres, more or less, and that the same will come up for hearing in the Circuit Court of Shelby county, Indiana, on Friday, the 8th day of January, 1909, that being the 17th judicial day of the December term of said Court in said year.
          Notice is therefore hereby given said defendants that unless they be and appear on said day so appointed for the hearing of said cause of action, and answer or demur thereto, the same will be heard and determined in their absence.
          In Witness Whereof, I hereunto set my hadn and affix the seal of the Shelby Circuit Court at Shelbyville, this 14th day of November, 1908.
