DECATUR  WOMAN
ASKS  FOR  $12,500
ALIMONY

          Mrs. Mary Inlay Trimble of Milford in Decatur county has brought suit against  Arthur Trimble, prominent farmer, for divorce and asks alimony in the sum of $12,500.  The plaintiff also asks for $300 attorney fees and support money, pending the outcome of the trial.  The complaint alleges that the defendant is the owner of real estate valued at more than $20,000.

          Sheriff Schoelch  on Friday took  Miss Georgia Trimble,  of Washington township, to the asylum at Indianapolis.  He was accompanied by the woman’s half brother,  Ora Treon.

          Hon. T. A. Hendricks  was in the city yesterday as council for  Nathan Trimball,  in negotiations for a compromise of the celebrated case of  Deacon  vs.  Trimball.

          The case of  Nathan Trimble,  for the burning of  W. E. Deacon's  barn, about two years ago is now on trial at Columbus.
