Ulrey

          Another case on change of venue from the Marion superior court reached the Shelby superior court this morning.  The plaintiff is  John W. Ulrey and the defendant is  Otto Schellert.  According to the complaint the defendant gave Mr. Ulrey an option on some real estate in Indianapolis and also agreed to pay him $100 for the sale of the same at $2,100.  The plaintiff alleges he was given to June 15, 1912, to accept the option and that he accepted April 11, 1912, but that Mr. Schellert refuses to make out the deed for the property.  The plaintiff accordingly asks judgment against the defendant that he be required to keep and perform the agreement and deliver to the plaintiff a warranty deed for the property.
