(From Thursday's Daily.)
Mrs. Anna Wilcoxen,  of Hanover township, demands a divorce from her husband,  Jacob Wilcoxen,  on grounds of cruel and inhuman treatment and failure to provide.  She alleges her husband had a vile and ungovernable temper and that he treated her shamefully, even to the extent of assaulting her brutally.  The husband now resides at Seymour, Ill., according to the complaint.  The couple were married in November, 1907, and the separation took place in July, 1910.  Mrs. Wilcoxen asks for the custody of the two children,  Mary P.,  aged 9 years, and  Catherine E.  aged 7 years, declaring the father is unfit to have them in his care.  She also demands that he be compelled to contribute to their support.

Jack Richie  went up in Hanover township yesterday, and arrested  Montreville Wiggins,  who is charged with assault and battery on  David Wilcoxen.  He gave bond for his appearance Monday before  Squire Kenton.  Enos Huffman  was also arrested for obstructing a highway, and gave bond for his apperance before  Squire Ellis  to-day.  Jack came back with a beautiful black eye, and his explanation of the way he had his peeper decorated is amusing.  Ask him to tell you about it.
