The straw stack belonging to  Mr. W. W. Wolf  of Hanover township, was blown over on the night of the 26th inst., killing seventeen head of hogs and a fine Jersey cow.  Loss estimated at $150.  This is the second loss of valuable stock that Mr. Wolf has sustained in the past eight months.  We regret very much to hear of his loss, for he is an industrious, hardworking man, and can ill afford such losses.
