Moore fell dead while sitting in the congregation during church services yester- day evening at Little Blue River Church, four miles southeast of here. She was ap- parently in her usual health, and had just entered the church with an infant in her arms when persons sitting near her saw her falling forward and caughter her. MORRISTOWN, Ind., March 14.--Mrs. Mariah Cottingham Chadwick, widow of the late Marcus B. Chadwick, is dead, aged sixty-five. Her husband was a prominent Republican politician and in 1862 was on the ticket for representative from this county. Mrs. Chadwick was a native of Franklin, Warren county, Ohio. SHELBYVILLE, Ind., March 14.--A tele- gram received here to-night announced the sudden dath of Rev. W. T. Jolly at his home, in Richmond, Va. Rev. Jolly was for many years pastor of the First Baptist Church in this city, and was present at the Baptist semi-centennial anniversary here a week ago, in his usual health.
