Dianna Sue City Baugh, age 71, of Bloomfield, IN, died Monday, December 9, 2013 at her daughter's home, in Clarksville, TN. She was born in Linton, IN to the late Damon City and Thelma Haldeman City. She was also preceded in death by her husband of 36 years, Carl E. Baugh, and one daughter, Che'rie Alane Baugh. Online condolences can be left at WelchCornett.com.
Dianna was an avid pet lover and a member of the Master Gardners for over 10 years, as well as the Worthington American Legion - Post 106. She was affectionately known as "Aunt Dia" or "Grandma" by her family and friends. Mrs. Baugh was loved by everyone and will be greatly missed.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, December 15 at Welch-Cornett Funeral Home, in Worthington, IN at 2:00 PM EST, with Jim Bell officiating. Burial will be at Worthington Cemetery, in Worthington, IN. Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 14 from 2:00-5:00 PM EST, at Welch-Cornett Funeral Home.
Dianna is survived by one daughter, Piper (Jim) Bell, of Clarksville; two brothers, Elmer (Mary) Dewey, of Sullivan, IN and Jeff (Linda) City, of Buford, GA; two sisters, Mary Dee (Tuff) Turpin, of Worthington, IN and Zenobia Lewis, of Kingsville, TX; three grandchildren, Brandon Russell, Nicole Russell, and Seth (Samantha) Russell; and three great grandchildren, Berandous McClure, Zayden Stone and Asa Russell. Pallbearers will be Brandon Russell, Seth Russell, Eugene Stone, Bill Rowlett, Jeremiah Turpin and Troy Turpin. The family wishes a special thank you to Tammy Coffman, RN, of AseraCare. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to AseraCare Hospice, 1539-C Ashland City Road, Clarksville, TN 37040.

KOLEEN — Carl Edmond Baugh, 64, of Koleen, died Tuesday at Bloomington Hospital. Born Feb. 19, 1936, in Vermillion County, he was the son of Jacob and Nettie (Davis) Baugh. He retired in 1997 from General Motors in Indianapolis with 25 years of service.
Survivors include his wife, Dianna (City) Baugh; one daughter, Piper Russell of Clarksville, Tenn.; two brothers, Pete Baugh of West Terre Haute and Larry Baugh of California; two sisters, Beulah Cristenberry and Evelyn Fugate, both of Terre Haute; and three grandchildren. He was preceded in death by one daughter, Che'rie Baugh, in 1986, three brothers, Joe Baugh, Clyde Baugh and Harold Baugh; and two sisters, Betty Thomas and Anna Baugh.
Services will be 1 p.m. Friday at Welch & Cornett Funeral Home in Worthington with Jeff City officiating. Burial will be at Worthington Cemetery. Friends may call 5-9 p.m. today and from 9 a.m. until services Friday at the funeral home.
