Rites Wednesday for
Ex-City Woman, 80

Mrs. Ollie F. Cheatham, 80, formerly of 311 N. Tompkins St., died today at 2:45 a.m. at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Memol (Sue Anna) Paris, R.R. 3, in Brandywine Township. She had been seriously ill the past month and in failing health six months.
Mrs. Cheatham had lived in Shelbyville 40 yeras until moving to Brandywine Township recently, and was a member of the West Side Pilgrim Holiness Church.
She was born in Nelson County, Ky., Feb. 10, 1888, the daughter of James S. and Mary (Aldridge) Cull. On Jan. 12, 1907, she was married to John C. Cheatham, who died Oct. 10, 1950.
Surviving with the daughter are six other children, John and R. E. Cheatham, both of Shelbyville, Rev. Robert E. Cheatham, Trafalgar, Mrs. Marshall (Elizabeth) Crume, Pekin, Mrs. Charles (Beulah) Wykoff, Fairmount, and Mrs. Joseph (Roberta) Linville, Morristown; 29 grandchildren, and a brother, Louis Cull, Bardstown, Ky. Three children died in infancy.
Services will be at the West Side Pilgrim Holiness Church at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, with the Revs. Edgar Marshall, Ralph Mayo and Dorsey Schenck officiating. Burial will be in Miller Cemetery. Friends may call at the Carmony Funeral Home here form 2:00 p.m. Tuesday until noon Wednesday and then at the church.
