PASSED  AWAY  AT  HOME  OF
DAUGHTER  HERE.

FUNERAL  SERVICE  MONDAY

          Nelson Cobbler, an aged and well known resident of this city, died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Curtis Wasson, 118 West Locust street at two-thirty o'clock this morning.  Mr. Cobbler was eighty-eight years, ten months and twelve days of age.  Death was caused from a complication of disease due to his advanced age.  He had been a life long resident of Shelby county.
          Besides the daughter, Mrs. Wasson, he leaves one son,  William Cobbler  of Fairland, six grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren to mourn his loss.
          The deceased was twice married, both companions having preceded him several years ago.  He was a member of the Fairland M. E. church for many years.
          Funeral services will be conducted at the Fairland M. E. church Monday afternoon at two o'clock, the Rev. E. A. Boston, pastor of the church, officiating.  Interment will be made in the Fairland cemetery, Charles M. Ewing in charge.
