Helen Mobley Collier, 70, Died March 29, 2012. She is survived by her husband, Dennis and two sons, Mark (Stacey) and Michael Collier and a grandson Devin Collier.
Visitation will be on Monday, April 2 at Indian Creek Christian Church, 6430 South Franklin Road, Indianapolis, IN from 11-1 with services beginning at 1. In lieu of flowers the family requests donation be made to the ALS Association, Indiana Chapter, 6525 E 82nd St. Indianapolis IN 46250. Arrangements Indiana Funeral Care.

Elvra Braxton “Pete” Collier, 56, of Shelbyville, died Wednesday, April 19, 2006, at Jewish Hospital, Louisville, Ky.
Born Sept. 11, 1949, in Letcher, Ky., s/o Riley Edward and Causby Naville (Moore) Collier.
Married Toni Rae Cord, and she preceded him in death on July 18, 1993.
Married Cheryl Ann Kaminski on Jan. 13, 2006, and she survives.
Other survivors: daughter, Carrie Ann (husband, John) Laster of Shelbyville; one son, Zachary Braxton Collier of Shelbyville; one stepdaughter, Carrie Ann Gaff;
one stepson, Jerry Brandon Wireman; two brothers, James “Bud” Collier of Shelbyville and Don Collier of North Carolina; five sisters, Shirley Bartlett of Flat Rock, Sue Adams, Nancy Cooper and Pam Hattabaugh, all of Shelbyville, and Kathy Dell Fuchs of Arlington; two grandchildren, Tyson Quick and Trey Laster; and five stepgrandchildren, Jordan, Jada, Dakota, Lexus and Serenity.
Printer at Standard Register for the past two years. Previously had been employed at Keystone Printing for 25 years.
Graduated in 1969 from Waldron High School.
U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War, serving in Germany.
Member of the American Legion and former member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles.
Loved fishing and racing.
Freeman Family Funeral Homes, Carmony-Ewing Broadway Chapel, 232 W. Broadway St., with Mike Bartlett officiating.
Burial: St. Vincent Cemetery, Shelby County, with military rites conducted by local service organizations.
