BLOOD  CLOT  IS  CAUSE  OF  DEATH

          Mrs. Laura B. Dorrell  died suddenly Tuesday evening at 10:00 o'clock at the home of her daughter, Maurine Dorrell, in St. Paul.  Her death was caused by a blood clot and she had been ill for several months.
          She was the daughter of  Charles  and  Libby Ramson Stramp  and was born in Bermillion county, Illinois, on July 18, 1878.  She was united in marriage on Aril 2, 1899, to  Rusty Dorrell, who survives.
          Also surviving with the daughter at whose home she died is one brother, Earl Stramp, of Independence, Mo.; a sister, Mrs. Blanche Burke, of Omaha, Neb., and one grandson, Warren Dorrell, of St. Paul.
          Mrs. Dorrell was a member of the Methodist church in Rising Sun, Ind.  She had lived in Indiana for the past 45 years, spending the last 17 years in St. Paul.
          Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday at the late home in St. Paul, with the Rev. Helen Coling, of St. Paul U. B. church, officiating.  Burial will be made in the Rising Sun cemetery in charge of D. E. Carmony, of St. Paul.
