Herat Attacke Is Fatal To
John Fink, Rites Satruday

John Fink, retired Moral township
farmer, died suddenly Thursday afternoon on his 74th birthday. He was
stricken with a heart attack as he and Mrs. Fink were enroute to visit a
relative near New Palestine.
A NATIVE
OF Mr. Comfort, he had resided in Shelby county for many years and was a
member of the New Palestine Masonic lodge. He also was a member of the
Second Presbyterian church in Indianapolis.
The son of Andrew
and Christine (Miller) Fink, he was born on October 23, 1878.
Surviving with the widow, the former Emily Ruschhaupt, are a
daughter, Mrs. David C Pfendler of West Lafayette, and three
brothers, Charles Fink of Greenfield, Herbert of Mt.
Comfort and Henry of Monon. There are two grandchildren.
FUNERAL
SERVICES will be held Saturday at 2:00 p.m. at the Hendryx and Fields
Mortuaries New Palestine Chapel and burial will be in the New Palestine
cemetery. Friends may call at the chapel.
