Widely Known Farmer, was In-

red at Home near St. Paul.
----------
Jack Garrigan, 50 years old, a prominently known farmer of the St. Paul community, died instantly at noon today when he was thrown from a wagon on which he was riding, as the horses became frightened and ran away. The accident occurred near the home of Mr. Garrigan and his death was believed to be instant as he had passed away before members of his family had reached the scene of the mishap.
Dr. G. I. Inlow, county coroner, was summoned to make an investigation of the accident details but late this afternoon had filed no report giving the particulars of the case. Very little information could by obtained this afternoon, as it was impossible to locate any persons who witnessed the mishap. It was evident, however, that the horses had become frightened and that the driver was thrown violently to the ground as the animals started on their mad run.
