John David Goble

          John David Goble,  63, of Shelbyville, passed away Monday, June 29, 2026, at his residence.  He was born May 26, 1963, in Shelbyville to  Larry Goble and  Marlene Kay Goble.
          John attended Shelbyville High School and lived in this area for most of his life.  He was a factory worker and specialized in maintenance.  John had a love for the outdoors, especially spending time fishing.  With his extensive knowledge of maintenance and fixing things, he also enjoyed working on cars in his free time.
          He is survived by his sons,  Brian (Luz) Goble  and  Tony Goble (Caitlyn Ritter-Goble); his sister,  Melody (Andy) Hoban;  his nephew,  Heath Goble;  his niece,  Sarah Adams (Joey Tucker);  and his nephew,  Dusty (Summer) Adams.  He was preceded in death by his parents; his brothers,  Mike Goble  and  Joe Goble.
          Funeral directors Greg Parks, Sheila Parks and Stuart Parks are honored to serve John’s family.
