MRS. GRINDLE        
DIES  IN  HOSPITAL
----------
          Services for  Mrs. Florence Grindle,  60, R.R.1, Morrisotwn, will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the Frazier Funeral Home in Morristown.  The Rev. Kenneth Jewell will officiate and burial will be in Asbury Cemetery.  Friends may call at the funeral home at any time.
          Mrs. Grindle died Monday at 1:20 p.m. at Major Hospital, where she had been a patient five weeks.
          Born in Morristown April 8, 1910, Mrs. Grindle was the daughter of  James Lewis  and  (Mabel) Duncan.  She was married to  Christopher Grindle  in 1947 and he died July 20, 1963.  She was a member of the Morristown Nazarene Church.  There are no survivors.

RITES  HELD  FOR  MR. GRINDLE

          Services were held this afternoon at 2:00 o’clock at the E. L. Frazier Funeral Home at Morristown for  Christopher Grindle, 54, R.R.1 Morristown, who died Saturday at 11:30 a.m. at Major Hospital. He had been ill for three weeks.
          Burial, with the Rev. Kenneth Jewell officiating, was in Asbury Cemetery.
          Mr. Grindle had lived in the Morristown area for 30 years.  He was a machinist and operated a machine shop and garage at his home.  He was a veteran of World War II, having served with the U.S. Army.
          Born in Clinton County, Iowa on January 13, 1914, Mr. Grindle was the son of  Thomas and Anna (Greeno) Grindle.  He married  Florence Duncan, who survives with a brother,  Albert Grindle  of West Point.
