The  National  Volunteer.

          Died -- on Saturday morning, August 19, 1854 at her residence in Rushville,  Martha Jane,  wife of  George W. Hargitt,  aged 24 years, 3 months and 10 days.  She was born in Decatur Co., her father  James Donell  was one of the first settlers of that county.
