June Klitzke Rusch Huntsman, 87, of Brown County Health and Living Community in Nashville, former Columbus resident, died Friday, Nov. 22, 2002.
Born June 14, 1915, in Hammond, d/o Louis and Hattie (Robinson) Klitzke. On May 11, 1940, in Hammond, married Lawrence H. Rusch, who preceded her in death on May 22, 1966. On Sept. 23, 1984, in Columbus, she married Roy W. Huntsman and he survives.
Other survivors include three daughters, Barbara Vensko of San Diego, Calif., Virginia Mitchell of Goleta, Calif., and Laura Pekar of Columbus; one stepdaughter, Joan Moore and one stepson, Edward W. Huntsman, both of Columbus; five grandchildren, Heidi Vincent of San Diego, Kristina Weymouth of American Fork, Utah, Robert Mitchell of Santa Barbara, Calif., Craig Pekar of Sasebo, Japan, and Raylene Herkamp of Groton, Conn.; six great-grandchildren; 19stepgrandchildren; 33 step great grandchildren; and five step great-great grandchildren.
Preceded in death by one sister, Helen Powley, and one brother, Robert Klitzke.
Homemaker.
1937 graduate of Depauw University.
Member of the St. Peter Lutheran Church in Waymanville.
