DEATH FOLLOWS LONG ILLNESS

Mrs. William H. Kessler Died Wednesday
At Home Near Meltzerville

FUNERAL SERVICE FRIDAY

Mrs. Cora Mae Kessler, age thirty-five years, wife of William H. Kessler, died Wednesday afternoon at four o’clock at their home on the old Meltzer homestead, one-half mile south of Meltzerville. Her death was caused by a complication of diseases, with which she had been ill for some time.
Mrs. Kessler was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Phillip Meltzer of Union township. She was born in Shelby county on November 3, 1888, and had lived all her life in the county. She was a member of the Vienna Methodist Episcopal church.
Besides her husband she leaves her parents, and one brother, Brady Meltzer, of Union township. George Ensminger, of this city, was an uncle of
Mrs. Meltzer.
Funeral services will be conducted at the home Friday morning at ten o’clock, the Rev.
R. O. Pearson, pastor of the Methodist Episcopal church at Waldron, officiating. Burial will be made in Forest Hill cemetery, R. T. Stewart in charge.
