Mrs. Flossie Light, 78, 527 Third street, died Tuesday, Lake View Care Center,
Hope.
Resident of Shelbyville for 51 years.
Employed with KCL Corporation, retiring 13 years ago.
Member of the Shelbyville First Church of the Nazarene.
Born January 1, 1898, in Hart county, Kentucky, d/o Richard and
Lilly Mae Vance.
July 9, 1916, married Garnet H. Light, who died June 10, 1975.
Surviving: daughter, Mrs. Richard (Eva M.) Snapp, R.R.2 Shelbyville, one grandson, two great
grandchildren; brother, Marvin Vance, Horse Cave, Kentucky;
sister, Mrs. Foster (Lula) Howell, Shelbyville.
Carmony Funeral home, with the Revs. Kenneth T. Jewell and Paul Eger officiating.
Burial: Forest Hill Cemetery.

Garnet H. Light, 76, 527 Third street, died today at 6:00 a.m. at Lakeview Care Center,
Hope.
Resident of Shelbyville for over 50 years>
Retired employee of KCL Corporation, where he was a member of the 20-Year Club.
Member of the First Church of the Nazarene here.
Born May 4, 1899, in Kentucky, s/o Thomas and Eliza (Rogers) Light.
July 9, 1916, married Mary Flossie Vance, who survives.
Also surviving: daughter Mrs. Richard (Eva M.) Snapp, R.R.2 Shelbyville, one grandson, two great grandchildren and a brother,
Alfred Light of Kentucky.
