Mrs. Mary Ann Looney.

          Mrs. Mary A. Looney,  aged 60 years, passed away at the home of her niece,  Mrs. Jack Shepherd,  in Manilla, at about nine-thirty o'clock Monday night.  Mrs. Looney was tricken with paralysis several months ago, but it was thought she had recovered.  She was taken suddenly ill Sunday evening and her condition grew alarming in a short time.  She is survived by a son,  James Pope,  of Indianapolis.  The funeral will be held at the Goddard M.E. church at two o'clock Wednesday afternoon, the Rev. A. R. Jones officiating.  Interment will take place in the cemetery near the church in charge of Stewart & Fix.  The cortage will leave the house at one o'clock.
