BENGAL [Shelby County].
----------
George McCue died Aug 6 at 7:30 p.m. at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Harris. He was born in Rush County, Ind., in 1838 and when a boy moved with his parents to Shelby County. At the age of 25 he married Martha Atwood and to that union was born three daughters, two having preceded their father to the grave. His second wife was Kate Mann. To this union was born one son, who is still living. Mr. McCue was a good neighbor, accommodating to his friends and we feel our loss is great. He was laid to rest in the Second Mt. Pleasant cemetery Sunday afternoon.
