          Susan McManus,  48, of Manilla, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 21, 2015, at her residence.
          She was born Jan. 21, 1967 in Shelbyville to Randy and Suzette (Pike) Monroe.  She married Tom McManus on July 2, 1992 and he survives.  Susan graduated from Waldron High School in 1985. She worked as a secretary for the U.S. Department of Agriculture in Indianapolis for 25 years before retiring in 2012.
          In addition to her husband, she is survived by two daughters,  Jacklyn McManus  of Evansville and  Joslen McManus  of Manilla; and three sisters,  Mamie Myers  of Colorado,  Cheryl Nicholson  of Shelbyville and  Randi Monroe.  She was preceded in death by her parents.
          A celebration of life will be held at Susan's home, 4380 S. 800 W., Manilla, from noon to 3 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 25, 2015.  Glenn E. George and Sons Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
