End Comes to Samuel Piper
While Visiting Son, Bert,
in Morristown, Today.

          Samuel Piper,  aged 70, died at the home of his son,  Bert Piper,  in Morristown at 5:30 this morning.  A complication of diseases incident to old age was the cause of death.  Mr. Piper, who has been a resident of Arlington, had been visiting his son for the past week, becoming ill a few days ago.
          The body was taken today to the home of a daughter,  Mrs. Clyde Miller  in Arlington, to await funeral services.  Surviving relatives are the four children,  Bert Piper  and  Mrs. Miller;  Mrs. Marie Gray,  of Carthage, and  Clifford Piper,  of Cincinnati.  There are also several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  His wife died some years ago.
          Funeral services will be held at the Arlington Christian church Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock in charge of Rev. Morris Wilson, the pastor.  Burial will take place in the Arlington cemetery in charge of L. V. Hauk, of Morristown, funeral director.
