          DECATUR - Rev. Sylvia Leora Popham,  95, of Decatur, IL passed away at 2:15 P.M. May 23, 2007 in Eastview Terrace Nursing Home Sullivan, IL.  Cremation rites will be accorded.  Burial will be in Lutheran Grace Cemetery in Strasburg, IL at a later date.  Dawson & Wikoff West Wood Street Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.  Messages of condolence may be sent to the family via e-mail to www.dawson-wikoff.com.
          Sylvia was born July 8, 1911 in Strasburg, IL the daughter of  Charles Edward and  Melly Ann (Walker) Bingaman.  She was a retired minister that did a lot of work at the Unity Center in Decatur, IL.  She married Francis Dale Popham January 17, 1951.
          She is survived by 5 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren.  Sylvia was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and daughter  Patricia Ann Nauman.
