Elsie May Richeson, 75, lifelong resident of Shelbyville, died Sunday, March 2, 2003.
Born March 22, 1927, in Shelbyville, d/o Fred Mackey and Verley (Atkins) Rouse.
Married Richard Foster Sr. on May 14, 1943; he preceded her in death.
Married Morris Richeson on Feb. 15, 1964; he preceded her in death on July 12, 1982.
Survivors include two sons, Dick Foster of Greenwood and Steve Richeson
of Shelbyville; four daughters, Mary McKinney, Molly Richardson and
Jean Walton, all of Shelbyville, and Ruth Linville of Nancy, Ky.; one stepson,
Perry Richeson of Louisville, Ky.; one stepdaughter, Belinda Richeson
of Louisville; 16 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren.
Preceded in death by one son, three daughters and two brothers.
Homemaker.
Glenn E. George & Son Funeral Home, with the Rev. Gary Evans officiating.
Burial: Forest Hill Cemetery.

Rites Set
For Clyde Richeson
----------
Services will be held Tuesday at 2:00 p.m. at the Sleeth Funeral Home for Clyde H. Richeson, 52, 905 E. Hunter St., Bloomington, who died Sunday at 12:30 a.m. in the Bloomington Hospital. Mr. Richeson, a former resident of Shelbyville, had been ill for 14 years.
Rev. Jack E. Jones will officiate and burial will be in Forest Hill Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home at any time.
Mr. Richeson had spent most of his life in Shelbyville prior to moving to Bloomington 10 years ago and was a veteran of World War II, having served with the U.S. Coast Guard. He was a member of the First Baptist Church; Victory Post No. 70, American Legion; the 40 & 8; and the Shelbyville Eagles Lodge. Born in Logan, Utah, Aug. 24, 1913, Mr. Richeson was the son of George and Lena (Hudson) Richeson. Surviving are two brothers, Clarence and Roy "Dutch" Richeson of Shelbyville, and a sister, Mrs. Bessie . . . ver* of Bloomington.
