Dora (Pope) Schuck, 91, Shelbyville, died Sunday at Major Hospital. Born June 29, 1905, in Shelby County, she was the daughter of James and Blanche (Young) Pope. On May 12, 1925, she married George Schuck, who died Jan. 2, 1961.
Mrs. Schuck was a homemaker and a lifelong Shelby County resident. She was a member of the former Winchester Church, Shelby County.
Survivors include two sons, Jack Shuck [sic?--Schuck], Shelbyville, and Norman Gene Schuck, Greenfield; a sister, Mrs. John (Dorothy) Myers, Acton; four grandsons; and seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one daughter, three brothers and one sister.
Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the Carmony-Ewing Broadway Funeral Home. Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Forest Hill Cemetery. The Rev. James Horner will officiate.

Dies at Hospital

George Schuck, 62, resident of Brandywine township, R.R. 3, and former employe of Admiral Corporation, died at Major Hospital at 4:15 p.m. Monday. He had been in failing health since last May and was taken to the hospital shortly before his death which followed a coronary attack at his home.
A resident of Shelby county most of his life, Mr. Schuck had resided at the present home for 16 years. He was employed by the Admiral firm for eight years before his health failed and prior to that had been employed by Root Transfer and the Ash Petroleum Company. He was a son of Frank and Maggie Schuck and was born in Addison township December 12, 1898.
On Mar. 12, 1925 he was married to Dora Pope who survives with two sons Jack E. and Norman G. Schuck, both of this city. Also surviving are one brother and two sisters, Joseph Schuck, Shelbyville, Mrs. Katie Theobald, Addison township and Mrs. Josephine Bodecker Indianapolis.
Funeral service will be held at the Ewing Mortuary Thursday at 2:00 p.m. Burial will be at the Forest Hill cemetery. Friends may call at the mortuary after 3:30 p.m. Wednesday.

Frank Schuck died at his residence, two and one-half miles southeast of Shelbyville at 12:25 a.m. Wednesday, July 11, of brain trouble, aged 41 years. He leaves a wife, two sons and two daughters. Funeral services will be held in the St. Joseph church at 8:30 a.m. Saturday, July 14. Interment in the St. Joseph cemetery in charge of M. G. Tindall.
