53 years of age, Decatur, Ill. Employed as a state agent for the Wolverine Insurance Company of Lansing, Mich. Heart attack Monday.
Survived by the widow, the former Florence E. Byers of Shelby county; one son Paul Schumacher of Dayton, O., and two brothers who reside in Illinois.
