Mrs. Elizabeth Shaner, 38 years old, wife of James Shaner, died at her home, 540 east Washington street, Sunday evening at 6:00 o'clock, following a complication of disease, from which she had suffered for the past several weeks. Mr. and Mrs. Shaner had been residents of this city during the past year, and Mrs. Shaner has a number of friends here who will all be greatly shocked to learn of her death. Funeral services will be held at the Nazarene church, Tuesday afternoon at 2:00 o'clock, the Rev. Mr. Hensler officiating. The burial will be made in the city cemetery, in charge of C. F. She leaves besides the husband, six children, Mary, Alma, Mable, Curtis, Walter, and William, all at home, and one brother, James Earp, of Missouri.
