COUNTY  WOMEN'S  FATHER  DIES

Rites  for  Henry  Shilling
To  Be  Conducted  Wednesday

          Henry William Carl Shilling, 80-year-old former Indianapolis resident, died early this morning at the home of a daughter, Mrs. C. P. Toon, in Moral township.
          Mr. Shilling, who was a member of the Masonic lodge at Bridgeport and the Zion Evangelical Church at Fenton, was born in Indianapolis on March 31, 1868.
          In 1890 he was married to  Mary E. Cummins, who died in 1902.  Four children were born to this union and two survive,  Mrs. Toon, the daughter at whose home he died, and  Mrs. Ethel Plummer  of Moral township [the article continues.]

DIED  LAST  NIGHT

Resident of Flat Rock Past Sixteen
Years Passed Away Following
Short Illness.

          Mrs. Josephine Shilling,  eighty-one years old, died at 7:00 o'clock Tuesday evening at the home of  Mrs. George Weinantz,  in Flat Rock, where she had lived for the past sixteen years.  Death was due to complications and followed a week's illness.  Mrs. Shilling's passing is deeply mourned by hundreds of friends.
          A nephew survives.  Mrs. Shilling was twice married, both husbands preceding her in death.  Two children died in infancy.
          Friends may call at the late home Thursday afternoon and evening.  Funeral services will be held at 9:00 o'clock Friday morning from the St. Joseph Catholic church in this city with the Rev. John C. Rager, pastor of the church, officiating.  The body then will be take to St. Mary's cemetery at Cincinnati, O., for burial in charge of C. L. Wilson, funeral director.
