Mrs. Lucinda St. John Passed
Away At Soldiers Home
On Friday.

FUNERAL HERE ON MONDAY
----------
Mrs. Lucinda St. John, widow of the
late James St. John, died yesterday at the Soldiers Home at
Lafayette after a long illness caused from a complication of diseases. The
deceased was eighty-three years of age. She was very well known here being
a former resident and has a number of relatives in this city.
The body was brought here
today and taken to the funeral home of Ralph J. Edwards in West Broadway where
funeral services will be conducted Monday morning at ten-thirty o'clock, the
Rev. E. H. Boldrey officiating. Interment will be made in Forest Hill
cemetery.
Mrs. St. John is survived
by three nephews of this city, Ralph J. Edwards, P. B. Weakley
and Charles Wood. She had been at the soldiers' state home
for a number of years and was taken suddenly ill only a few days ago.
