End Comes for Mrs. Nancy Sylvester,
Mother of Mrs. Holmes

Mrs. Nancy Sylvester, age 84, mother of Mrs.
Albert Holmes, of this city, died Friday morning at her home in Noblesville. Mrs. Sylvester had been
in failing health for the past four years. Death was due to complications incidental to her age.
She was born in Hamilton county, June 28, 1857.
Although she had never resided in this community she had visited in the city many times and was well known here.
Surviving with the daughter here are three sons, John, Luther and Charles Sylvester, of Noblesville,
eighteen grandchildren and five great- grandchildren.
Mrs. Sylvester was a member of the Prairie Baptist
church in Hamilton county, where funeral services will be held, the exact time to be set later. Burial will
be made in the Prairie cemetery in charge of C.F. Fix & Son.
