LINTON — Laverne B. Trinkle, 90, of Linton, died Friday at Linton Nursing Home. Born May 12, 1910, in Stafford Township, she was the daughter of Charles Franklin and Sarah Jennie May (Moore) Good. She owned and operated the Cinderella Beauty Shop for 50 years in Linton and was a member of Linton Assembly of God Church.Bloomington, Monroe County, Indiana

Survivors include one daughter, Jannie Patty Gabbard of Bloomfield; five grandchildren, Craig Gabbard of Atlanta, Ga., David Gabbard of Houston, Texas, James Gabbard of Linton, Deborah Huber of Bloomfield and Michael Gabbard of Carlsbad, Calif.; 10 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Clyde Burch, in 1952; her second husband, Claude A. Trinkle, in 1968; one sister; and one brother.
Services will be 1 p.m. Monday at Anderson-Poindexter Memory Chapel in Linton with the Rev. William Reigel officiating. Burial will be at Stafford Cemetery. Friends may call 5-9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
