Shelbyville, Ind., Sept 7----Burns received when her dress was ignited
by a bonfire caused the death of seven year old Betty Lou Wainscott
here
yesterday. Her sister, Julia Ann, 5, is in a critical condition with
burns suffered when she attempted to beat out the flames on her sister's
garments. The tragedy occurred while the children danced about a trash
fire in an alley near their home.
